You will drive affiliate strategy, manage AWIN, onboard partners, and optimize revenue with publishers across Italy.Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will execute campaigns, negotiate terms, track KPIs, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to accelerate growth and support product launches.
