Role Description
The Order Processing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan.
This position is responsible for accurately processing sales orders, managing purchase orders, and maintaining up-to-date order records in internal systems.
The specialist will coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and support customers with order-related inquiries.
Daily tasks include verifying order details,
monitoring order status, updating documentation, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end order management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Order Processing and Order Management, with attention to accuracy and detail.
Experience with Sales Order Processing and handling Purchase Orders in a business environment.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with customers professionally.
Proficiency with ERP or order management systems and standard office software tools.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple orders and priorities.
Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Milan and maintain a reliable, consistent presence.
