Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for an Program Coordinator based in our Milan office to grow the Italian market to help us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.Make it matter and sell what you love!

We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.In this sales role, you will report to the Country Product Manager who is also based in Milan.
We are searching for someone who is passionate about cultural exchange, displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.What you will do:Grow the Italian market in your assigned region, taking ownership to reach sales targetsRecruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer serviceWork together with our local au pair community to help achieve goalsCollaborate with colleagues in the USA and the headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pairWho you are:Personal qualifications:You are passionate about sales and highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets.You love connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our programYou are a team player who brings a positive attitude and "nothing is impossible" spirit to the team.You have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happen.You have good time management skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to the details and delivering on your goals.Professional Requirements:Bachelor's Degree1+ years of sales experience with a record of hitting sales targetsAt least 6 months of experience living abroad, preferredProven capability with both phone sales and in-person salesFull proficiency in both Italian and EnglishExceptional presentation and public speaking skillsWhat Cultural Care Au Pair Italy offers:A competitive salary package.
