ph3Business Manager – Automotive /h3 pAs a Business Manager within Akkodis, your role is key in our sales development strategy. You are responsible for developing business within your assigned. /p pThe role is characterised by three main areas of action: /p h3Customer Management /h3 ul liAssess, benchmark and establish customer contacts /li liDevelop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospects /li liIntervene in the negotiation of important commercial and contractual conditions /li liDevelop a strong customer relationship by implementing contracts /li liPromote all the Group's service offerings /li liPlay an anchor role for a dynamic lasting customer relationship with continuous follow-ups /li /ul h3People Management /h3 ul liActive involvement in the sourcing selection process of candidates and new hire /li liExplore all avenues of having strong candidates pipeline such as employee referral, social sites,



job fairs etc /li liPartner with recruiters staffing partners to recruit right talent in line with customer requirementsDevelop proactive candidates pipelines to cater customer’s open positions /li liEngage with team of technical consultants with the help of HR tools such as Induction plans, Training plans, Performance management /li /ul h3Financials Management /h3 ul liBuild business plans (Long term plans, Budget, Forecast) /li liTrack monitor business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, employee turnover, cash management, change management etc /li liManage profit loss account for your profit center (investments, overheads, resource billability, invoicing process etc) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe're looking for a Business Manager with a strong business aptitude, with at least 1 year of experience in the Automotive or Transportation sector. /p pGood listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned ambitious goals. /p pDeep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2 level). /p h3Job Offer /h3 pPermanent contract /p h3Salary range /h3 p34k – 44k + premio + company car for both business and private use /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
