ph3POSITION SUMMARY /h3 /brpThe Tender Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and following up on tenders and bids. This role ensures compliance with the company's guidelines and external requirements while maximizing opportunities to win new business and maintain existing contracts. /p /brh3PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brpDescription of major duties and responsibilities of the role. /p /brul /brliRecommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizes new business opportunities. /li /brliDetermines validity of warranty claims. /li /brliInteracts with customers, company sales and/or customer service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. /li /brliResponds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules. /li /brliHandles requests for additional company materials. /li /brliPerform sales analyses and reports within the scope of the activity; includes the preparation of revenue analyses also with regard to specified file formats from the customers /li /brliMaintains records of product pricing. /li /brliPreparation and processing of offers and tenders in coordination with the sales management /li /brliStructuring and/or administrating contractual documents that establishes business relationships with customers or government bodies. /li /brliSupports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
