Job Title: Relocation & Lending Closet Administrative Assistant

Location
Duties
Maintain Client Tracking System (CTS) withaccuratedaily entries
Manage Lending Closet inventory (issue, return, and tracking of items)
Prepare welcome packets for incoming personnel and families
Provide community information and support relocation services
Generate reports andsubmitmonthly statistics
Track overdue items and coordinate returns
Support relocation briefings and program activities
Qualifications
Experience inadministrative support or customer service
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
