JD Logistics is seeking a proactive warehouse supervisor in Milano, Italy.

You will supervise cross-functional floor operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch during shifts, acting as the operational bridge to HQ.
You will lead shift Team Leaders and operators, manage real-time labor reallocation, and enforce SOPs with strict adherence to safety and local regulations.
