ppThe Head of Social Media leads and designs social media strategies, tactics, campaigns and tools coordinating and monitoring growth, engagement and conversions within digital platoforms.
This role also has a direct oversight over the implementation on the influencer strategy and work in very close partnership with other Corporate Functions and regional subsidiaries to cascade and align global messaging and initiatives.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage all social media platforms and drive social global campaigns /liliArticulate a content strategy and a social media calendar tailored to each channel /liliEnsure proper amplification of key brand messages locally and globally /liliPartner with teams and agencies, to execute effective localised plan and ensure global coordination maintaining influencer marketing activity /liliWork with external agencies to secure online reputation and crisis management implementing appropriate action plans /liliMaintain a direct relationship with social media platforms representatives and media partners /liliEnsure the correct execution of social community management practices and moderation /liliKeep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers /liliManage social media budget to maximize ROI and achieve business plans /liliResponsible for the implementation and execution of performance reporting and analytics with a defined cadence /liliSupport PR Team to strategize ongoing brand ambassador partnerships and leverage effective visibility on OVS/PIOMBO/OVS KIDS/Les Copains/Altavia/Shaka/BAngelsocial platforms /liliDrive content innovation,



market first partnerships with key social platforms and build communities through online/offline experiences /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulli8-10 years of experience leading social media strategies for Fashion/RETAIL /liliExperience using a variety of popular social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube /liliFamiliar with tools for scheduling, reporting, publishing and analysing social media /liliGood experience in stakeholders and agencies management /liliExperience working with influencers and KOLs to build strong brand partnerships and content /liliStrong editing skills with attention to details /liliExcellent English - written and verbal communication /li /ulh3Why Join Us?
