ppbFor one of our clients we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist based in Rome /b /p h3Mission /h3 pEnsure the Recruiting and Mobility services according to the business objective and priorities.
Lead the recruiting activities ensuring the best match between available positions and candidate's skills and aspirations.
/p h3Accountabilities /h3 h31.
Talent Acquisition Mobility /h3 ul liAct as a Project Manager coordinating the whole recruiting process: define the job description and qualifications according to manager's needs and organizational constraints, identify the best recruiting strategy, CV screening, run individual interviews or group assessment with the support of proper assessment tools /li liBe a point of reference for internal clients and manage the relationship with them from the recruiting planning to the hiring finalization /li liCooperate on improving suppliers' network by periodically reviewing contracts, scouting new suppliers and monitoring quality, cost and budget /li liManage the recruiting budget of reference, maximizing the initiatives results /li liSupport the internal mobility ,



maintain constant contact with HR counterparts, ensure full set of information and feedback to candidates, their manager and internal/external HRDs /li liProvide yearly mobility KPIs analysis and tracking /li /ul h32.
Employer Branding /h3 ul liPropose and nurture strategic partnerships with Schools, Universities and Institutions to foster attraction and fuel internal specialized sourcing needs, participating to on-campus initiatives and events with potential candidates /li liTake part in the Employer Branding strategy and content development: WW editorial plan definition in collaboration with Social Media and Internal Communication teams, campaign development and KPIs monitoring /li /ul h3Professional Skills /h3 ul liUniversity Degree /li liAt least 4 years of professional experience in the role, preferably experience in hiring Marketing Communication profiles /li liPersonality and psycho-attitudinal questionnaire /li liBudget and reporting techniques /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
