You will bolster detection capabilities, lead advanced due diligence, and oversee complex investigations and regulatory reporting. You'll collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and QA teams to translate regulatory updates into practical controls. Private health insurance for you and family Relocation support if moving countries Stock option plan Flexible working hours and hybrid policy Manage Transaction Monitoring workflows, develop new alerting rules and detection logic Lead Advanced Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk entities and complex ownership structures Perform Source of Funds and Source of Wealth investigations with rigorous data analysis Dispositon of complex Name Screening alerts with defensible risk rationales Prepare high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports for Fraud and AML cases Escalate AML issues and coordinate resolutions with the Monitoring team Support AML/CTF policy optimization by translating regulatory updates into processes Act as liaison for internal Legal and Compliance, and support QA reviews on high-risk dispositions 3+ years in first-line AML operations or specialized compliance role Strong understanding of AML Directives, FATF, and Luxembourg AML laws Ability to operationalize mandates into detection systems and risk workflows Analytical ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (internal, OSINT, registers) Excellent written communication for regulatory reporting Proficiency with external screening databases (e.g., Compliance Assist) and TM data tools Ability to autonomously navigate complex AML typologies and design mitigating flows Strategic risk communication to address emerging threats Core values: ethical judgment, meticulous attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive data #J-*****-Ljbffr
