ph3Technical Project Manager (Implementation) /h3 pFull-time /p pReporting to the Solution Engineering team, you will support customers across Italy and Eastern Europe throughout the implementation of Vusion solutions. /p pYou will work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments. /p pThis role requires a solid technical background and a good understanding of software applications, coding when needed, system integrations, networking and IT infrastructure. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPresent Vusion solutions to leading retailers (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations such as Coop). /li liConfigure Vusion solutions to meet customer requirements. /li liPartner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements. /li liMonitor projects using shared tools, ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are controlled. /li liCoordinate implementation projects and ensure successful deployments. /li liTroubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, infrastructure and solution configuration. /li liAssemble, lead, and unite teams around pre‑sales projects to prepare for roll‑outs for retailers. /li liAct as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations.
/li liSupport the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers. /li /ul h3Mandatory Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li li2‑4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in project management / IT (network, infrastructure, etc.). /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in a customer‑facing technical role. /li liInterest in Retail, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or IoT industries. /li liAbility to use technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast‑growing international company. /li liOrganized, autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills - ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic, ambitious environment. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate /h3 p1.5 to 4 years of professional experience after graduation as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant, with experience managing technical implementation projects.
