Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Turin.

In this vital role, you will take charge of managing and executing impactful IT projects. Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will be trusted to steer projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring high-quality service and identifying opportunities to expand our value within the client's ecosystem. This position is ideal for a professional looking to grow further in project management within a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Execution: Manage the lifecycle of diverse IT initiatives, including application development, cloud migration, and system implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum. Oversee daily project operations, monitor service delivery quality, and organize preventive maintenance to ensure application stability.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Take ownership of problem resolution, working through challenges to maintain project continuity and minimize business disruption.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Ensure all project activities remain closely aligned with strategic business objectives. Manage change requests by coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders to secure approvals and facilitate seamless transitions.

Professional Qualifications:





Core Requirements:

- 4 to 5 years of direct Project Management experience, successfully coordinating and delivering IT projects.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience guiding cross-functional teams within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
- A solid understanding and practical application of formal Risk and Issue Management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with mandatory professional fluency in both Italian and English.

Preferred Competencies:

- Prior experience managing Data & Analytics projects.
- A background in Business Process Analysis.
- Recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) are highly advantageous.
