It provides legal support across relevant areas of responsibility, advises internal stakeholders on legal matters, and contributes to ensuring an appropriate legal framework that supports the business and the company's objectivesYour ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support to business functions in their day-to-day operationsDraft, review, and negotiate national and international contractsSupport activities related to data protection (privacy), intellectual property, and Research & DevelopmentContribute to corporate governance, compliance, and Supervisory Body (ODV) mattersAssist with debt collection activities and coordinate with external law firmsSupport the digital transformation of the legal function, particularly in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI)Ensure legal and compliance requirements are met in connection with the use of AI technologiesYour ProfileDegree in LawProfessional experience gained in a law firm or in a corporate environment, with a focus on contract law and business supportKnowledge of data protection and intellectual property mattersExcellent knowledge of German and Italian, as well as very good English language skills, both written and spokenStructured and autonomous way of working, strong team spirit,
