/p h3Overview /h3 pYou will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives /li liPositively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships /li liDelivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.
/li liAdministering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager.
/li liProducing and presenting to customers.
/li liPreparing bids for services.
/li liManaging service delivery for profit.
/li liAdvising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
/li liRemaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager.

Knowledge and Key Skills /h3 ul li2-4 years of experience managing construction (real estate) projects.
/li liKnowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector.
/li liExcellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
/li liAbility to work as part of a team.
/li liMethodical way of thinking and approach to work.
/li liExcellent numeracy skills.
/li liSound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
/li liProficiency in Italian and English.
/li liEligible to work in Italy.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree – Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
