KWS Italia S.P.A. is looking for a Field Production Technician based in Piacenza and Forlì.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position.What you can expect in this role:Coordinate and supervise field activities and seasonal workers throughout the crop growth cycleImplement new production techniquesApply and maintain high quality control standardsTake regional responsibility for a dedicated production areaSupport all activities related to vegetable and fodder beet seed productionEnsure production stability while maintaining a high level of marketable quality (germination and purity)Apply continuous improvement techniquesAchieve consistent results in terms of yield and qualityImplement best production practices and new technologiesWhat you bring:Residence in the Piacenza area or willingness to relocateTechnical qualification in agriculture or a related fieldStrong agricultural knowledge, preferably with experience in seed productionFluent Italian and intermediate English skillsHigh degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areasEffective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation, and a continuous improvement mindsetEmployment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a salary range of €25,000 to €40,000 per year.We look forward to meeting you!
