SAP DRC Consultant (Italy) - 6 Months B2B Contract - Remote - Italy

RED has a new contract opportunity for an SAP DRC Consultant (Italy) to join one of our key partners for a new SAP S/4HANA Compliance & e-Invoicing Transformation Project.

The initial contract will be for 6 months with scope for further extensions based on project requirements.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote.

** This is a B2B (freelance) Contract **

Specific skills/experience required:

- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Recent hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) within the last 2-3 years.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and/or SAP SD Billing background.
- Experience delivering end-to-end SAP DRC implementations for Italy compliance requirements.

- Strong knowledge of Italian e-Invoicing regulations and processes including: FatturaPA, SDI (Sistema di Interscambio), Codice Destinatario, Codice Fiscale and Partita IVA requirements

- Experience configuring SAP DRC, e-Document Framework,



statutory reporting and e-Invoicing scenarios.
- Strong SAP FI experience including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting and Tax.
- Good understanding of SAP SD billing processes and integration with compliance reporting.
- Experience supporting XML generation and validation, digital signatures, and tax authority integrations.
- Knowledge of Peppol, Peppol BIS standards, and electronic invoicing interoperability requirements.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and production support activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly with Finance, Tax and Legal teams.
- Fluent English communication skills; Italian language skills are highly desirable.
