/ppAs an bOnboarding Specialist /b, you'll help healthcare professionals successfully adopt AlfaDocs and transform the way they manage their practice.br/You will:br/ /pulliGuide customers through the onboarding journey, from kickoff to successful adoption.
/liliUnderstand each practice's workflows and recommend best practices to improve productivity and profitability.
/liliDeliver engaging training sessions for doctors, secretaries, and practice managers.
/liliManage onboarding projects, coordinating milestones, timelines, and stakeholders.
/liliSet clear expectations, proactively identify risks, and remove adoption blockers.
/liliHandle challenging conversations with confidence, maintaining customer trust even in difficult situations.
/liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
/liliAct as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to continuously improve our product and onboarding experience.
/li /ululli1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Consulting, Implementation, or Sales.
/liliExcellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
/liliStrong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
/liliAbility to manage multiple projects while staying organized and focused on priorities.
/liliCustomer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
