What you'll do - Lead safe, compliant operations from flight planning through post?flight, upholding SOPs and a just?culture mindset.
- Deliver a discreet, polished VIP service while coordinating seamlessly with ground, dispatch, and cabin teams.
- Make sound, timely decisions in dynamic conditions; manage performance, W&B;, fuel, and alternates.
- Champion CRM, mentor the First Officer, and foster clear, calm cockpit communication.
- Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and aircraft readiness at all times.
What you bring - Type rating: Current and valid LR-45 type rating (required) - License: Valid ATPL issued by EASA - Medical: Class 1 - Total time: Minimum **** hours - Language: ICAO English Level 4+ - Experience: Proven VIP/private charter experience with a strong client?service ethos - Impeccable airmanship, threat & error management,



and a proactive, safety?first approach.
