We are looking for a Product Performance Engineer in our plant in San Giovanni Valdarno.
/ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze the performance of the global installed base of charging solutions and communicate insights to customers and internal stakeholders /liliLead structured problem solving using 8D / 5?Why, collaborating across functions to identify root causes and define hardware and software containment, corrective and preventive actions /liliDrive continuous improvement through process optimization, enhanced testing strategies, and increased product quality and reliability /liliSupport global development projects by ensuring adherence to quality standards, best practices, and effective risk?mitigation actions /liliCoach and support project teams in customer issue resolution and quality risk assessment, contributing from early product development stages to standards review, deviation assessment, lesson?learned implementation, and failure prediction initiatives /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliMaster's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Computer Science Engineering /liliGood written and spoken English, with a collaborative, solution?focused mindsetInterest or experience in programming (C, C++, Python, SQL) /lili2+ years of experience in engineering, RD, service,



or quality roles in electronic or electrical environments (automotive is a plus) /liliKnowledge or interest in power electronics, digital hardware, circuit theory, and laboratory measurement instruments /liliAvailability for occasional international travel (approximately 5%) /liliDevelop and deliver containment actions within 48 hours of quality issue identification /li /ulh3What's in it for you?
