and labeling /liliPerform cross-connects and patch panel work /liliTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues /liliDocument all work with photos and detailed notes /liliCoordinate with remote NOC and client teams /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience /liliStrong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber) /liliExperience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro) /liliAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments /liliOwn transportation and ability to work on-site /liliProfessional communication skills in English /liliData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) - preferred /liliNetwork certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - preferred /liliExperience with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferred /liliFamiliarity with major colocation providers - preferred /liliStandard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
