ppFor one of our clients, owner of Italian flag cruise ships and operating worldwide, we are looking for passionate, dynamic and customer-oriented bShop Specialist /b for high-end and luxury product.
/ph3What you will do onboard /h3pYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliAssisting guests in discovering brands, products and experiences aligned with their interests; /liliBuilding strong and meaningful guest relationships; /liliAchieving and exceeding sales targets; /liliEnsuring high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation; /liliSupporting stock activities and maintaining cleanliness and organization of retail areas; /liliCollaborating with the onboard retail team to ensure an engaging and profitable shopping experience.
/li /ulh3Key competences and qualifications: /h3ulliMinimum 1 year experience in retail or hospitality (luxury guest experience is of interest) /lili1 contract shipboard experience well appreciated /liliHigh school diploma,



studies in retail or hospitality well accepted /liliDrive for results and goal orientation /liliRelationship management skills /liliFluent English (B2 level) and an additional EU language (minimum B1 level) /li /ulh3What we offer: /h3ulliOnboard contract: 5 months (+/- 1 month) /liliAccommodation in shared cabin (2 people) and complimentary meals onboard /liliFree uniform for the first contract /liliSTCW course reimbursement at the end of the first contract /liliAccess to crew facilities (gym, crew bar, internet point, onboard discounts, family benefits and more) /li /ulpSTCW is a mandatory safety training that must be completed before to embark.
