/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze and resolve first?and second?level incidents.
/li liPrepare, provide support, and deliver laptops and phones used by our employees.
/li liManage escalated incidents or requests that require higher technical expertise or the involvement of subject?matter experts internationally.
/li liMonitor activities using the internal incident?management tool ServiceNow (open, manage, and close cases).
/li liCollaborate with international IT teams and participate in migrations and rollouts.

/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience, ideally in an IT services company.
/li liGood knowledge of the Windows operating system and laptop hardware.
/li liDemonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
/li liAbility to work under pressure, appropriately manage priorities and available time.
/li liAutonomous, rigorous, motivated, and focused on internal customer satisfaction.
/li liAbility to summarize and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
/li liEffective communication.
/li liCritical thinking, providing suggestions.
/li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liMotivation and a positive mindset.
/li liKnowledge of the IT world.
/li liExpertise in providing IT support.
/li liFocus on internal customer satisfaction.
/li liA good level of English, both written and spoken.
