/b /ph3POSITION – HR Digital Tools Specialist /h3pWe are looking for a dynamic bHR Digital Tools Specialist /b to join our HR Team in Mestrino (PD).
In this role, you will oversee the development, day-to-day operational maintenance, and first/second-level support of our HR systems.
You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms.
/ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliPerform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles/users, training courses, and performance processes); /liliContribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities; /liliEnsure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring; /liliCreate, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements; /liliMonitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms); /liliProvide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality; /liliMaintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes.
/li /ulh3WHO You Are /h3ulliDegree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; /liliAt least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organizational environment; /liliGood knowledge of the Talentia HCM system is considered a plus; /liliUnderstand of core HR processes is considered a plus; /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken; /liliStrong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude; /liliGood communication and interpersonal skills; /liliProactive attitude, with a strong focus on supporting employees and HR users in the effective use of HR digital tools.

/ph3Target Hiring Range /h3pTotal compensation package in the range between €38,000 and €45,000 gross per year /ppDAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys.
Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
