In this role, you will lead and support international projects aimed at developing and implementing advanced production technologies for the efficient manufacturing of high-quality medical devices and pharmaceutical products. /p pYou will play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing production processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards across global manufacturing sites. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 pAs a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of manufacturing and industrialization projects by: /p ul lipLeading technical projects from concept through implementation, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved. /p /li lipManaging project planning, budgeting, CAPEX requests, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.



/p /li lipConducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to support strategic decision-making. /p /li lipIdentifying and implementing process improvements and facility optimization initiatives to enhance operational performance and productivity. /p /li lipAnalyzing and resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project execution and operational continuity. /p /li lipEnsuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations. /p /li lipCreating and maintaining project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, validation protocols, and reports. /p /li lipCollaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports. /p /li lipTraining operational staff and supporting the implementation of new technologies, processes, and manufacturing solutions. /p /li lipActing as a key interface between Development, Manufacturing, and Value Stream organizations. /p /li lipSupporting validation activities and the implementation of new technologies and manufacturing processes /p /li lipPromoting a strong safety culture and ensuring that all project activities are performed in accordance with established safety standards and procedures /p /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 h3bEducation Experience /b /h3 ul lipDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /p /li lipMinimum 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. /p /li lipProven experience managing engineering or industrialization projects. /p /li lipMinimum 3 years of experience in production technologies and manufacturing processes. /p /li lipExperience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
