Attal Group , Employment Agency, is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international industrial company for the position of Sales Area Manager – Central Europe Fluent German
Our client is a fast-growing international manufacturer of integrated solutions combining hydraulics, electronics and electrification , supplying OEMs and industrial customers worldwide.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Management team, you will be responsible for developing the Central European market, managing existing customers and identifying new business opportunities across the DACH region, Benelux and the Czech Republic .
The position is primarily home-based and is open to candidates living in Northern Italy . Candidates based in Italy must be available for frequent business travel to Germany and throughout the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the sales strategy for the assigned territory.
Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors and key accounts.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
Collaborate with R&D;, Application Engineering and Product Management teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales within hydraulics, fluid power or industrial technologies.
Proven experience managing OEM customers and complex sales processes.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Business development mindset and customer-oriented approach.
Availability for frequent international travel, particularly within Germany and Central Europe.
Fluent German and good command of English.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Competitive compensation package, with an indicative salary range between €65,000 and €85,000 , depending on experience, market and location.
