McCormick & Company in Scandicci, Italy seeks a Junior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a high-performance team. You will oversee daily activities, drive TPM-based process improvements, and mentor a team of technicians to achieve safety, quality, cost and reliability goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, HVAC systems and energy management, with fluent English and the ability to collaborate with Engineering and Area Supervisors.
