As a district manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts. /p h3What you’ll be doing: /h3 ul liManaging accounts within a school district to ensure compliance with client, company, and government standards. /li liManaging planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the district. /li liEnsuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote their consistent application. /li liAuditing units to ensure conformance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes regarding food storage, preparation, sanitation, and record keeping. /li liProviding guidance and leadership to food service directors, area managers, and other district associates. /li liProviding overall planning and direction within your district to achieve operational and financial goals. /li liAttending district meetings. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for: /h3 pMust-haves: /p ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. /li liAt least five years of management experience. /li liStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. /li liFinancial and business acumen.
