BizAway is seeking a high-performing SDR Team Leader for the Italian Market. You will manage a team of Italian-speaking SDRs, coach weekly 1:1s, and design outbound strategies tailored to Italy.

You will monitor KPIs (calls, emails, LinkedIn), onboard new hires, refine scripts, and collaborate with Sales Executives and the Global SDR Manager to improve lead quality. The role offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, equity, and a fast-growing, international team.
