Brenntag Food & Nutrition Italy, part of the Innovation & Application Centre, seeks an Application Technologist to develop, validate and optimize bakery applications, collaborating with technical, sales, and marketing teams to bring innovative, sustainable solutions to the market.

You will run lab and pilot-scale trials, document results, support customers with ingredient expertise, and contribute to product launches across bread, pastries and gluten-free lines.
