ph3BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT COORDINATOR (SOFTWARE) /h3 pRif: /p pFor our client, an innovative and internationally active company specialized in data management, based in Novara, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator. /p pRole Overview:br/ We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fintech and banking-related custom software projects. The role focuses on requirements analysis, software delivery coordination and communication with development teams, acting as a key link between customers and internal technical teams.br/ You will contribute to ensuring smooth execution of software projects, timely releases and alignment between business needs and technical implementation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport project planning, execution and monitoring of software development projects, with a strong focus on coordinating activities between customers, developers and operations teams. /li liCollect and analyze customer requirements, translate them into structured functional specifications, and support prioritization of development activities and project timelines. Support the priority of daily activities of Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teams in alignment with software delivery needs. /li liManage and track customer tickets related to software functionalities and issues, support backlog organization and ensure proper follow-up with development teams. /li liAct as operational point of contact for customers on ongoing software projects, ensuring clear and continuous communication on requirements, progress and releases. /li liPrepare project documentation, support testing and validation phases, coordinate releases and maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pCandidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering,
or in Business Administration, Economics or Finance with a strong IT focus. /p pAt least one year of experience in software project coordination, software delivery or functional analysis roles is required, preferably in environments involving custom software development. /p pExperience working with software development teams and familiarity with requirements gathering and functional analysis are strongly preferred. /p pA good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is expected. /p pThe role requires hands‑on exposure to software development projects (not only IT operations or support). /p pFamiliarity with project management and ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Jira is required. /p h3Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a software delivery environment. /li liExcellent communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and technical teams; ability to translate business needs into structured, clear requirements for developers. /li liAnalytical mindset, attention to detail and proactive, problem‑solving attitude. /li liCustomer‑oriented approach and the ability to manage ongoing interactions in dynamic project contexts. /li liFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is required. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent full‑time employment contract. /li liCompensation and level to be defined based on experience, including bonuses and benefits. /li liWork location: Novara (NO).
