ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will support global pricing initiatives by maintaining pricing tools, price lists, and data integrity while delivering analytical and operational support to cross-functional stakeholders. You will contribute to pricing governance, data quality, and continuous process improvements to enable informed business decisions. The position offers hybrid collaboration with the ELSE Primary Service Center and global teams. You will help drive pricing excellence and enable scalable pricing operations. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliManage and maintain pricing tools, templates, user access, and the pricing repository ensuring accurate data across systems /liliMaintain price lists and support price adjustments, implementing pricing updates including RDC buying prices /liliSupport pricing governance, policy compliance, and deployment of pricing guidance like price corridors and authority matrices /liliProvide operational and analytical support for global pricing initiatives with cross-functional teams /liliAct as a primary contact for pricing tool users, coordinating issue resolution with IT and system owners /liliDevelop and improve pricing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data integration for decision-making /liliSupport audits, compliance,
and documentation while driving process improvement and automation /liliAssist onboarding local service units into the NPV measurement system in collaboration with the NPV team /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related quantitative field /liliMinimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in pricing, analytics, finance, or related function /liliExperience with pricing processes, systems, and large datasets in a global environment /liliKnowledge of SAP and Salesforce or comparable systems /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high data accuracy /liliSolid financial acumen including costs, profitability, margins, and pricing drivers /liliAdvanced Excel and experience with Power BI and/or Tableau /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English (Italian is a plus) /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliFlexible working hours /lilihybrid work options /liliwellbeing support for employees and families /liliwelfare plan with personalized services /lilicanteen provided /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
