The British Council is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer / ICT Coordinator to provide IT support to colleagues in Bulgaria. You will manage incidents, assets and infrastructure, align with SLAs and work with Global Service Desk and suppliers.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, and the ability to handle a varied workload. 3+ years IT experience and knowledge of Windows Server and ServiceNow are essential.
