After-sales Service Engineer

Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection of the company's products, and related tests during the acceptance of the service project.
- Carry out romote online support and the on-site service when necessary.
- Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on the use of TBEA products.
- Attending meetings with customer when necessary.

Skills Requirements

- Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fields
- Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience
- Ability to travel frequently,
- Ability to work under pressure
- Dedication to problem solving
- Good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipments
