Your Mission:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Care Intern to join our Customer Care Team at our HQ in Milan! This is a curricular internship opportunity lasting 3 or 6 months, designed for students who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in customer service within an international and fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will support our daily post‑sales operations across eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels, helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint. Acting as a key point of contact for our customers, you will contribute to building strong relationships, resolving requests efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction reflects Venchi’s commitment to excellence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and requests across all EMEA online sales channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Deliver a customer experience that reflects Venchi’s tone of voice and values, adapting communication styles to different customer needs and profiles.
- Support the daily management and continuous optimization of the CRM ticketing platform (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Collaborate on the implementation and enhancement of AI‑driven solutions within customer care processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly customer care reports, monitoring key activities, performance indicators, and customer insights.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across channels.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Languages, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French, with a strong international mindset.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a customer‑centric approach.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented, able to identify priorities and respond effectively under pressure.
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a collaborative and fast‑growing international company.
