We blend clinical excellence with innovation, evidence base therapy, SEL programming, and trauma‑informed care across New Jersey. /p h3Internship Overview /h3 pOur internship program is designed for graduate students in counseling, social work, or related fields. Interns gain hands‑on experience in outpatient settings while receiving weekly supervision from licensed clinicians. /p pLast year, 100% of Thrive interns passed their licensing exams on the first attempt—and all received employment offers.
