Are you passionate about numbers and eager to understand business performance in the beauty retail industry?
Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A;) team and gain hands‑on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network.
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers.
- Act as a business partner with Finance, Retail and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions.
- Contribute to budgeting,
forecasting and business planning processes.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and a genuine interest in the retail and beauty industry dynamics.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
