pFor our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC). /ppstrongOverview /strongbrpFor our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC). /pbrstrongYour Impact /strongbrpAs part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.br/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliData analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs /liliParticipation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs /liliManaging relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses /liliExecution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products /liliSupport and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices,..) /liliAccurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required /liliManage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management /li /ulbrstrongQualifications /strongbrulliBachelor’s Degree in Economics,



Engineering or similar /liliAbility to work both independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach /liliProblem solving and focus on results /liliGood communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude /liliExcellent organizational and technical skills /liliComputer (Microsoft Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel /liliFluent English (written and spoken). Any additional language is an advantage /liliSAP knowledge is a plus /li /ulpstrongWould Appreciate a Person that is /strongbrInterested in the Logistics operations in Fashion Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes.
