Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets. /p pbPramac /b , part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced bProject Manager – Data Center /b to join our Project Engineering team within the Engineering Department. /p pThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating data center projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. /p pThis role requires strong project management capabilities, technical knowledge of battery energy storage solutions and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions including RD, Sales, Operations, and Customers. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage complex projects related to customized power solutions for Data Centers. /li liServe as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during project execution. /li liDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.



/li liLead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure successful project execution. /li liDevelop Project Management Plans and monitor the progress. /li liEnsure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards. /li liPrepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications. /li liSupport the Sales and Business Development teams with technical input and feasibility assessments for new data center opportunities. /li liContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in project execution. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). /li li5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment; experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred. /li liStrong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions. /li liProven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects. /li liExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. /li liProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards). /li liFluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants. /li /ul h3Skills: /h3 ul liKnowledge of Quality System procedures: High /li liTechnical drawing ability: High /li liProblem Solving Skills: High /li liAnalysis ability: High /li liAbility to work in a team: High /li liPlanning and organization skills: High /li liResults orientation: High /li /ul h3Place of Work: /h3 ul liCasole d’Elsa (SI) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
