Withers in Milan seeks a newly qualified or 1 PQE Italian avvocato to join its corporate and M&A; team. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and related documents for multi-national clients.

You will support disposals, acquisitions, and investments, lead due diligence activities, work with colleagues across overseas offices, and demonstrate strong English and Italian communication and IT skills.
