BizAway S.r.l. (ES) is seeking a high-performing SDR Team Leader for the Italian market. You will coach a team of Italian-speaking SDRs, design outbound campaigns, and align with Sales Executives to scale our Italy operations.

The role requires 2+ years in SDR/BDR with leadership experience and strong proficiency with Salesforce/HubSpot and SalesLoft. You will monitor KPIs, mentor new hires, and drive data-driven strategies in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
