We are looking for an experienced Clay Modelling Manager to coordinate clay modelling activities within an automotive design environment. You will oversee the development of physical design models, ensuring quality, timing, and cost objectives are achieved while working closely with Design, CAS/3D Mathematics , Milling , and Model Shop teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate clay modelling projects in collaboration with Design, CAS/3D Mathematics, Milling, and Model Shop teams.

- Manage project timing, resources, and key milestones throughout the model development process.

- Ensure alignment between digital design data and physical clay models while supporting design development.

- Oversee model build activities, quality standards,



and the successful delivery of design models.

- Monitor budgets, material requirements, and resource allocation.

- Identify project risks, implement solutions, and provide regular project updates to management.

Qualifications

-

- Experience in automotive clay modelling, model shop operations, or design model management.

- Good understanding of automotive design processes, CAS/3D Mathematics, Milling, and physical model development.

- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost management.

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. xysqume

- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
