In this role you drive commercial growth for Harvest Equipment across North‑East Italy, partnering with dealers and customers to expand market share and profitability. You’ll shape local plans, lead marketing activities, and coordinate with central teams to ensure cohesive execution. The position offers impact in a collaborative, international environment and aligns with CNH’s mission to advance farming and construction productivity. You will lead by building strong dealer relationships and delivering customer‑focused solutions.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Achieve commercial targets for volumes, market share, and margins
- Define and monitor annual dealer business plans and ensure implementation
- Create dealer sales plans covering orders, contracts, and deliveries
- Develop local marketing plans with dealers to strengthen brand presence

- Monitor dealer financial results and capital structure to sustain activity
- Manage wholesale credit risk with CNH Capital and act as dealer interface
- Support dealers in using company tools (CRM, Sales App, Equipment, CX Portal, Sales Training)
- Identify network development opportunities with Network Development
- Analyze market potential, trends, and competitor activity; propose development actions
- Provide inputs to central functions on pricing, risks, and opportunities; coordinate xysqume for alignment

Responsabilità
- Proven experience in similar commercial roles, preferably in agricultural machinery
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques within structured distribution networks
- Familiarity with key commercial software platforms (CRM, Sales App, Equipment)

Requisiti fondamentali

Salary range 49,000–65,000 EUR
