Compliance Manager – AOC Start-Up | Business Aviation

NEA is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join the management team responsible for establishing a new Business Aviation AOC in Italy.

This is a key position within the project. The selected candidate will be the primary person responsible for building the compliance and regulatory framework of the company and will play a central role in taking NEA from the start-up phase through to AOC issuance.

Main responsibilities

- Lead the Compliance workstream for the creation of the AOC
- Set up the Compliance Monitoring System
- Coordinate the AOC certification process with ENAC
- Prepare and maintain the required manuals, procedures and compliance documentation
- Support audits,



findings and corrective actions
- Work closely with Operations, Safety, Training and Continuing Airworthiness

Requirements
- Previous direct involvement in the creation and certification of an AOC
- Experience in an aviation start-up
- Proven experience dealing directly with ENAC
- Strong knowledge of EASA Air OPS
- Ability to produce aviation manuals and procedures xysqume from scratch
- Fluent Italian and English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the certification process
- Previous Business Aviation experience will be considered a strong advantage
