Specialista Senior / Project ManagerIn this role, you will build and lead the regional demand planning function for ELIP in EMEA, owning end-to-end planning across product lines and sites.

You will shape the planning framework, drive S&OP; and short-term execution, and partner with site planners to align regional demand with supply.

This is a ground-up opportunity to create a scalable planning capability that enhances customer service and supply reliability.Own and lead end-to-end demand planning for the ELIP EMEA portfolio across all sites and product linesDefine planning framework, tools, and standards for region-wide consistencyLead S&OP; process for ELIP EMEA ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity,



and inventoryRun robust short-term planning and S&OE; processes across manufacturing unitsCoordinate with site planners to ensure data quality and adherence to regional supply planDrive inventory optimization and monitor targets across sites and product linesSupport profitable customer order execution and ensure on-time delivery and lead-time commitmentsImprove forecast accuracy in partnership with Sales and Marketing; continuously enhance planning tools and processesDefine and track planning KPIs and provide actionable performance updates to leadership7+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or operations in an industrial environmentExperience managing planning across multiple sites or regional scopeStrong track record xysqume in S&OP;/S&OE; ownership and cross-functional alignmentExperience coordinating distributed planning teams across geographiesDeep knowledge of demand planning methodologies and inventory managementStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetExcellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skillsFluent in English; additional European languages are a plusProficiency in SAP planning processes and tools (PP, MRP, PP/DS); S/4HANA is a plusComfortable working in a matrix, multi-site, cross-functional environment
