In this role you own the regional cluster of cities, guiding strategic expansion and partner on-boarding to build profitable, market-leading cities. You collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing and other teams to optimize the user experience, partner mix, and pricing/promotions. You will drive end-to-end city growth, from coverage decisions to uptime improvements and weekly performance reviews. This is a fast-paced, impact-forward position that shapes how we scale in your region and deliver exceptional experience to riders and customers.

- Ownership mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious targets
- Ability to translate complex data into prioritized actions (GMV, contribution margin, uptime, conversion)
- Strategic prioritization to allocate scarce resources effectively
- Cross-functional influence across Operations, Sales, Marketing, xysqume and account teams
- Commercial and negotiation skills with partners in marketplace/retail/food-delivery contexts
- Organizational excellence managing multiple cities, cycles, and deadlines
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluent Italian and professional English; willingness to travel
