Devup collaborates with Romagna Acque – Società delle Fonti SpA. The company manages the water source system in Romagna, focusing on sustainability, innovation and quality. In a period of organizational evolution, the need has arisen for a dedicated Human Resources Organization and Development officer.
Responsibilities
Lead organisational development and translate the business plan into people‑oriented policies.
Design people‑development processes: training, talent management, succession planning and skill development.
Develop performance‑management systems focused on responsibility and continuous improvement.
Support management in organisational change, manager development and employee engagement.




Preside over HR policies and industrial relations within a publicly controlled company.
Benefits
Permanent contract – CCNL Gas‑Acqua.
Position level 8.
Base salary €45,000 plus an additional performance bonus of about €3,000.
Two days of smart working per week and flexible working hours.
