Advocate Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a PRN role in our outpatient clinic retail pharmacy.

This position covers 10 hours per week or less and is a first-shift assignment with operating hours 8 AM to 6 PM.

The role oversees safe pharmaceutical care, designs therapeutic regimens, and provides patient education while xysqume collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure compliance and high quality service.
