Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional front desk experience.
Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Offer personalized guest services, including answering inquiries, providing local information, and assisting with special requests.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage teams, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing details.




Support multilingual communication to accommodate international visitors and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous hotel or resort experience is highly preferred if any.
Fluency in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
Knowledge of hospitality operations, front desk procedures, and guest relations best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Average level in English.
Monthly Salary: 3,100 GBP and above, depending on experience level.
