Sr Strategic Marketing Lead Digital Health
In this role you shape the Western Europe Digital Health strategy for Medtronic’s connected care portfolio, driving growth and market development. You will align regional insights with global marketing to inform portfolio direction and commercial execution, while building partnerships with healthcare leaders to advance digital health solutions. You’ll lead go-to-market initiatives for innovations like Corsano and remote monitoring, delivering customer value and tangible outcomes. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with meaningful impact on healthcare transformation.

- Develop and execute the Western Europe Digital Health strategy and growth plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, healthcare trends, and competitive dynamics to drive growth across the Digital Health portfolio
- Develop compelling customer value propositions and market development strategies to accelerate adoption across care settings
- Lead commercialization, launch, and go-to-market initiatives for Digital Health solutions in Western Europe
- Build strategic relationships with healthcare executives, innovation leaders, KOLs, and strategic institutions to advance connected care
- Partner with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure customer insights inform portfolio strategy and product evolution
- Support country teams with strategic direction, customer insights, messaging, and execution excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, business strategy, market development, or commercial leadership within healthcare/MedTech/digital health
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, connected care, remote patient monitoring, and digital transformation
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies within complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience engaging senior healthcare xysqume stakeholders and developing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional influence
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making with focus on data security and oversight
- MBA or advanced degree would be advantageous; experience with digital health platforms, wearable tech, remote monitoring, healthcare data systems, and software-enabled healthcare solutions would be helpful
