Job scopeOptimizing and continuously improving operational and production processes.Analysing and collect data for KPI through statistical tools.The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.Main dutiesMonitoring process performance and KPIs (like OEE, line spoilage, performance,...)Development and trials of new technologies in order to guarantee the final quality of the production.Search constantly the process continuous improvement through new technologies implementation and preventive maintenance activities.Use appropriate Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis tools to provide appropriate information for data-driven decisionsDevelopment and implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) to control and measure the efficiencies, evaluating the equipment, methods of measurements, consumables and spoilageCollect data and analyze process levels of efficiency identifying the bests alternatives in order to maximize efficiency,
